Even if your Bravo knowledge begins and ends with the name Andy Cohen, you’ve probably heard of Paige DeSorbo. Over the last seven seasons, the devastatingly chic cat mom and former Limited Too model has become Summer House’s undisputed breakout star — and turned her screen time into a career that sidesteps the usual influencer clichés and Page Six feuds. So what makes DeSorbo stand out in a sea of sponcon and tequila-fueled confessionals? A few possible reasons: She’s arguably the best-dressed person in the Hamptons (sorry, SJP). She’s quick with a one-liner (someone check on Kyle Cooke). Her unfiltered takes on everything from dating to beta blocker etiquette feel like a voice memo from your funniest friend. She’s effortlessly mastered the art of bed rotting (thank you, Paige, for normalizing eating McDonald’s while semi-horizontal). And her chemistry with Giggly Squad co-host Hannah Berner rivals Oprah and Gayle’s (see: the duo’s “traumatic” psychic reading).
And there was, of course, DeSorbo’s very messy, very public breakup with Pillow Prince and Southern Charm star Craig Conover — which, yes, gave internet sleuths plenty to dig into. But it also cemented her as a poster girl for thirtysomething women prioritizing themselves — particularly, their careers — a radical concept in the not-exactly-pro-women world of reality TV. Since the split, DeSorbo has been booked and busy: She’s hosted the Vanity Fair Oscar Party livestream alongside Berner, unveiled a collaboration with DSW, and released her and Berner’s new book. As for what’s next? Building her lifestyle empire one “top-secret” fashion line at a time, and maybe dipping a toe back in the dating pool (Jenna Bush Hager offered to play matchmaker). Turns out, giggling through the chaos is a pretty solid business plan.
