The Bean Path kicks off AI Month for a second year
Monday, The Bean Path in Jackson kicked off its second annual AI Month. Leaders held a luncheon kickoff and AI Extravaganza. The event also featured a scholarship giveaway to students majoring in fields like STEM.The Bean Path’s CEO and founder, Dr. Nashlie Sephus, says given the growth of artificial intelligence, it’s important for people to learn how to use it.”AI is extremely important because it’s in everything that we do. It’s on our phones. It’s on our banking systems. We’re going to have to learn how to use AI and upscale the community, and more people need AI literacy. So, The Bean Path exists for that reason, and that’s why we created AI Month,” said Sephus. The month-long slate of events includes an electric vehicle car show, a family STEAM show and more.
